Tapestry Background - Absolutely Fabulous

Going through my stash, I found a bunch of old Amy Butler papers that I loved but of course, never used. As a card maker, using 12x12 papers is challenging because the images are large and can overwhelm the design of a card. One of the things that I wanted to do for this card was to make the background paper the focal point. I trimmed the 12x12 to basic card size, added the flower embellishment with leaves, and the sentiment. It's a very simple card, but the background paper really catches your eye.
