I created this card using three different ink colors - Baja Breeze (Stampin Up) for the sky, Very Vanilla (Stampin Up) for the middle, and Soft Suede (Stampin Up) for the bottom part. I sponged the colors in and then blended so that there wouldn't be an obvious line. I used a neutral color as my card base, layered with Soft Suede, and added the top layer. I used Old Olive (Stampin Up) ink to stamp the flower image.
I wanted the flower to have colors so I stamped just the flower image with Black (Memento) ink on white cardstock and used daubbers to color in Baja Breeze blue and Wisteria Wonder (Stampin Up) purple, blending it all together. Then I hand cut the flower and used Dimensionals (Stampin Up) to add the flower to the card.
The card didn't really feel like it needed a lot of embellishment, so instead of ribbon, I used thick twine and tied a knot. I stamped the sentiment with Early Espresso (Stampin Up) ink.
