Hi Lori. Thanks for asking. For that card, I stamped it using clear Versamark ink and then used white embossing powder and my heat gun to set it on watercolor paper. The embossing powder is what gives it that texture. Next, I used a very fine point paint brush and a little bit of ink from my stamps (pink, purple, green) diluted with some water to very lightly paint in the areas that are "open". I tried not to be very neat about it because I really liked that "washed" look on the flower petals. If you get some of the ink on the embossed areas, you can use the corner of a tissue to wipe it off.
